We are looking for Product Operator to join our Product Development team and contribute to client support, feedback gathering and improvement of our drones. In this role, you will travel to our clients (whether it’s the front lines or a non-combatant NATO country) and train them how to use our equipment, explain the specifications in clear manner and help set everything up. Not only will You work with clients as a support specialist, but will also provide feedback and identify areas for improvement directly to the product team. This person must be able to perform some analytical work, stay up-to-date on the latest drone technologies, think ahead and suggest what needs to be changed or improved.

We expect You to be drone expert who knows everything in depth about drones and can answer any question the client may have, as well as someone who understands how FPV drone tactics generally work and all the nuances of military operations.

This position is a mix of support specialist, drone pilot, and product analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously and professionally support our clients regarding use and control of FPV drones.
• Perform after-sales support and collect of timely feedback from our clients regarding the operation of our product.
• Actively build long-term relationships with end users and represent the company as brand ambassadors at various events.
• Propose possible improvements depending on the feedback provided by our clients.
• Collaborate and communicate with Product team to ensure smooth resolution of possible technical issues.
• Provide technical support during training sessions, drills, and operations.
• Develop drone pilot training programs in accordance with laws and standard and conduct sessions for both beginners and advanced pilots.
• Plan, organize and conduct flights, demonstrate flight techniques and methods for responding to unforeseen situations.
• Supervise and ensure that the training equipment and unmanned aircraft used are technically sound, calibrated, and ready for use.
• Prepare reports on training processes, flight evaluations, and incidents or events.
• Ensure that training flights are conducted in compliance with all applicable legal requirements (NOTAM checks, obtaining permits, airspace restrictions, etc.).
• Respond to unforeseen situations during flights (accidents, loss of communication, meteorological
• hazards).
• Coordinate training processes and organize periodic safety and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of FPV drone systems and ability to operate drones proficiently.
• Hands-on experience in drone piloting, assembling, troubleshooting.
• Great communication, leadership and customer support skills.
• Military experience (ideally in Ukraine).
• Fluent in English, Lithuanian, Ukrainian and/or Russian (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel to Ukraine.
• Experience handling and operating military products.
• Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Managing experience would be an advantage.
• Degree in Engineering, Product or a related technical/scientific field would be an advantage.
