CMF’s Watch 3 Pro Debuts With Bigger Display, Better Health Tracking, and Fewer Customization Options
The affordable Android smartwatch market is already saturated, but CMF — a sub-brand of Nothing — is stepping in with a new contender. The company officially unveiled the Watch 3 Pro today, introducing several upgrades over its predecessor, including a slightly larger screen and improved health-tracking features.
One of the key enhancements is a more advanced heart rate sensor. According to CMF, the new optical sensor detects “finer variations in blood flow,” leading to more accurate heart rate readings. The company claims the sensor is up to 7% more accurate during exercise and 3.6% more accurate at rest compared to earlier versions.
The Watch 3 Pro also comes with additional wellness tools, including blood oxygen monitoring, stress tracking, hydration reminders, and guided breathing exercises designed to help users relax and manage stress levels.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), CMF promoted the smartwatch with the tagline:
“Train. Learn. Go again. Watch 3 Pro is here to help you move smart.”

In terms of hardware, the new model features a 10% larger display than the previous generation, increasing from 1.32 inches to 1.43 inches. The AMOLED screen promises improved contrast and clarity, reaching up to 670 nits of peak brightness. While it doesn’t match the brightness of flagship models like the Apple Watch, it’s a respectable offering for the price.
One notable omission in the Watch 3 Pro is the customizable bezel—a feature that was present in the previous Watch Pro 2. Users who enjoyed swapping bezels for a personalized look may be disappointed, as the new version opts for a fixed design.
Battery life has also been slightly improved. CMF says the Watch 3 Pro can last up to 13 days on a single charge, up from 11 days in the last model. However, battery performance may vary based on usage and whether the always-on display is enabled, which tends to consume more power.
The Watch 3 Pro is competitively priced. While the retail price is listed at $99, CMF is currently offering it for just $79. For those looking to enter the smartwatch space without spending hundreds of dollars, it’s a compelling budget-friendly option.
