The impending release of the OPPO A98 5G has led to a plethora of leaked specifications and details. If the rumors are to be believed, this new addition to the A-series lineup will come with a Snapdragon 695 SoC, a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports lightning-fast 67W charging, and a triple-camera setup that boasts a sizable 64MP lens.
The leaked spec sheet also indicates that the phone will feature a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Adreno GPU, and at least 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. The handset is expected to run on Android 13 OS with ColorOS 13 out of the box.
Connectivity options will include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The sleek design of the phone will be available in two color options.
Though OPPO has not yet confirmed anything, leaked posters and certifications all but confirm the imminent launch of the A98 5G. The phone’s burstiness and perplexity have only added to the speculation and buzz surrounding its release, with tech enthusiasts eagerly waiting for more updates on the phone’s pricing and launch date.
